Governance - Promoting sustainability with the right strategy
Sysmex Europe sets high standards concerning its governance. Everyone working for Sysmex is obliged and encouraged to comply with the guidelines. This applies to corporate governance and compliance management as well as to respect for human rights. Other aspects include risk management and stakeholder engagement. In this way, we can ensure integrity, fairness, and responsibility within the company and in our operating business.
Based on our corporate philosophy, the "Sysmex Way", we define compliance as "conducting business not only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, but also on the basis of fairness and high ethical standards" to ensure that Sysmex continues to be a company of integrity. Behavioural guidelines, rules and ideas that are relevant for all our officers and employees in our Sysmex group are defined in this group-wide "Global Compliance Code".
